Ceremony
The wedding ceremony will take place in Karlskrona. The exact location has not yet been decided, but we will share more information as soon as everything is confirmed.
The ceremony is preliminarily scheduled for 3:00 PM and is expected to last approximately 60 minutes.
After the ceremony, the couple and the wedding party will take part in a photo session, which is expected to take around 60 minutes.
Wedding Reception
While the photo session is taking place, guests are warmly invited to make their way to the reception venue. We will have some light mingling prepared while we finish our photos.
The distance between the ceremony and the reception is approximately a 5-minute walk.

Dress Code
We kindly ask guests to dress formally, preferably with a summer-inspired touch. Festive, comfortable attire suitable for the season is encouraged.
Adults Only
We kindly prefer the wedding to be adults only. However, we understand that this may not be possible for everyone. If this is the case, please feel free to reach out to us so we can discuss and find a solution that works well for everyone.
Accommodation
We recommend the following hotels for those who wish to book their accommodation well in advance.
Karlskrona Stadshotell (approx. 50 meters from the wedding reception, SEK 1,300–1,700 per night)
Best Western Plus JA Hotel (approx. 300 meters from the wedding reception, SEK 1,300–1,500 per night)
Other Information
All of you who know the Vahdanjo/Claesson couple know that Julia likes to keep things under control preferably with a little extra control. That’s why we’ve chosen to get help from our wonderful friends for the big day. Our toastmasters are the heart and brain of the evening 💛
Anything related to the wedding reception such as speeches, performances, or other contributions should primarily be coordinated with Max and Sandra, who will make sure the evening runs smoothly.
The other half of Julia (Delle) finds it a bit easier to let go and isn’t quite as used to large events. Therefore, if you have practical questions or more general inquiries, you are more than welcome to contact Delle directly.
